The Branding Process

We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate on your project! Partnering with us means embarking on a creative journey where your vision is the priority. Here’s what you can expect from the process.

Discovery

After receiving an inquiry via the booking form, we schedule a Discovery Call—if the project is a good fit. This call sets the tone for the creative journey, allowing us to connect, explore ideas, and align visions.

The goal is to understand the project’s objectives, audience, and purpose through a friendly, insightful conversation.

Post-call, a proposal detailing the scope and deliverables is shared. Once approved, onboarding begins with a contract and a 10% deposit to officially kick off the project

Brand Strategy and Creative Direction 

Based on your chosen package, the next step may include a Strategy Call to build your brand’s strategic foundation.

We’ll then conduct research and curate 2–3 Style Direction Moodboards—featuring typography, colors, layouts, and overall aesthetics—to define a clear creative direction. Once a direction is chosen, we move into the creation phase.

Creation

The process starts with a deep dive into the Brand Strategy and Questionnaire, followed by brainstorming and sketching ideas aligned with the project’s goals. Emphasis is placed on refining concepts to uncover standout, strategic directions.

Next, we explore color, typography, imagery, and layouts—ensuring every element supports the brand strategy and communicates clearly.

Presentation

The creation stage wraps up with a presentation call, showcasing the identity concept and the strategy behind it. This session allows for feedback and alignment, with two revision rounds included. If needed, exploring a new concept is also an option.

Finalise & Offboarding

After the presentation, revisions are made based on your feedback. Once approved and the final invoice is settled, you’ll receive a full brand guidelines document and all final design assets for web and print.

We’ll also gather your thoughts on the experience—and just like that, you're ready to launch with your new brand!
